Welcome to the Wu Lab of Flexible Behavior!
We respond very differently to the same sensory stimuli depending on the context and internal state. Such flexibility is a transcending feature of virtually all behaviors. What neural mechanisms give rise to behavioral flexibility? How do hard-wired and learned circuits coordinate to balance stability and adaptability? Our lab will take an integrated neuroscience approach to understand these questions using mouse social and cognitive behaviors. Read more about our research.
Our lab opens in April 2022. We are now actively recruiting graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and research assistants. Please join us!
